Direct Debit

Direct Debit automatically deducts your payments from your account 3 business days before the due date - you'll never miss a payment. You'll still receive your bill, but we will deduct your outstanding balance.

Direct Debit FAQs

A Direct Debit is an authorisation to your bank that allows payments to be taken directly from your account.

Ezidebit is an Australasian network optimised for taking payments straight from your bank.

You payments are made monthly and are debited 7 days before the due date, so you never need to think about your bill at all.

If the due date falls on a weekend or public holiday, we'll debit your account on the next business day.

If you wish to change any details of your Direct Debit you can do this by clicking on the Change Direct Debit Details button.

There is no cost to pay by direct debit. Just your usual bank fee for electronic transactions will apply.

Please note: There is a surcharge of 1.35% for Visa or Mastercard and 1.87% for American Express.

If there are insufficient funds in your account to meet a debit payment, you will be charged a dishonoured fee of $9 excluding GST.

You must arrange for the debit payment to be made through any other means or should make arrangements to have sufficient funds made available in your nominated account by an agreed time to ensure we can process the debit payment.
